Good work for a deadlift day. Goal is to work up to a max triple each week for a few weeks, then a single for a couple, then max set of 5 for a week or two, repeat.

Deadlift
135 x 5 + power clean x 1
225 x 5
315 x 3
365 x 3
405 x 3
425 x 3 - my plan is to leave this as is, and add 435 x 3, 445 x 3, etc so to keep adding volume

Squat
135 x 3
225 x 1
275 x 1 - easy
185 x 10
185 x 8
185 x 7
185 x 6

RDL
155 x 12
155 x 8 - kept looking up, which doesn't agree with my neck right now

Ain't no thing but a chicken wing. Moved squats up a day this week so that my schedule will work better. Destroyed last week's performance. About a scoop of super pump helped wake me up, and finally finished off the container.
