Nothing really exciting today. Neck isn't 100% so had to change things around a little

Bench - wasn't happening. Warmed up and it just felt off, so didn't try anything heavy

Clean, then press for reps
100 x 12
100 x 10
100 x 6
100 x 5

DB Row - neck wasn't impressed at 75#, so stopped

Lat Pull down
125 x 12
125 x 10
125 x 8

Incline Bench - since no weight on the neck/traps, thought I'd give this a try
135 x 10
135 x 8
135 x 7
135 x 4

Finished.

I don't think so. Nothing there really bothered my neck. I think it happened doing shrugs. Normally I use a little leg drive for the power shrugs, but I just went slow with 405 and held the last rep for a while. Started hurting right after that.

Leg Press
A few sets of 5 warming up. Strangely, this bugged my neck even though squats made it better.
