Its not really that exciting, but I'll try to get a video of it next time.

Basically, begin with a DB Snatch to get it into the air, then do a standing 1 arm press for reps with no leg drive.

Brute, that is some wicked pressing. Seriously. You're tall, probably long ass arms, and a long body to translate your massive center body/hip strength to your pressout, but you are still making huge progress in your pressing. That is just awesome to see as it means you are focussed in the right direction. All that OH work will goose your bench massively.
