That workout is nothing but win sauce. Having that weight in your hands on racks will pay off. Also hoping that quad work from leg presses is going to help long term with squats.

Great job, and glad to see the squat progress.

Decent bench day. Bumped up 5 pounds, triples weren't happening. However, I'm now into the 90%+ range, so decided to run doubles for a bit.

240 x 8 x 2 is pretty darn impressive. You're going to have a 315 max by year's end. Where were you at the beginning of the year?

At the first of the year, I was at a 215 max. A lot of progress, even though it doesn't always feel like it.
