So, brutal day today. Been having stomach issues since last night. Apparently peanut butter gives me a gnarly headache and the poops if I eat more than 1 tbsp. Who knew?

Notes: All of these felt heavy, but manageable until the last rep of the last set. Hitching, ramping grinder, but got locked out. Wouldn't have been so bad, but I lost my air just below the knees and things went to hell. Decided I had had enough after that.

Squat - flawless victory, except for my pants. story after the break

So, wider stance (shoulder widthish) and a little lower bar position. Felt way better on back, hips, knees, wrists, shoulders, neck. Didnt get along with my shorts though, ripped the butt out on that last 225. Oh well. Still, WAY more reps than last week. video soon.

Good strong deadlifts!! And Ive did that shorts-thing on a set of frontsquats once, finished my session squatting balls-to-the-grass kinda =)

As promised, my light weight squats. Nothing too exciting, but I was happy to see that they weren't super high as each of them felt like I was only getting 1/2 the way down.

Last time was about a month ago, but it was right when I came down with a sinus infection, so I missed 515 just above the knees. I think I could hit that easy now.

I don't think I'll be able to compete in November, this is a nasty semester in school and I need all the weekends I can get for studying. April should be easy to fit into the schedule as I'll have far fewer classes in the spring.
