Thanks! Yep, you're reading it right. Keeping it with just 3 reps lets me keep my form good and tight with heavier weights. I'm closing in on 85% of my 1RM so I may have to drop a set out to keep closer to Prilepin's table, but as long as I can ram 6 sets through, I will.

Thanks buddy! Steve spent some time teaching me how to row, feels way more natural now. I want to be able to out row my bench for sure.


Better squat day. Running short on time again, I may move squats to sunday or something so I don't run into time barriers as much.

Nice squats! Your deadlifting is unreal. Bench creeping right on up too.

HA! I know what you mean about repping out a light weight and miscalculating and getting stapled under that light weight! Yeah, can't have that!
