Make sure you mentally focus every warm up. The lighter sets should feel way harder then the heavy sets since all your muscles are primed, tight and the form is spot on. Keep on smashing brother.

Better day today. Not as good as I might have liked, but better.

Bench: Didn't feel heavy in my hands, but only 1 triple today

Have you hit 260 before? I am pretty sure if you missed at 265 that you would have hit 260.

Never tried 260. Shouldn't have gotten greedy. 245 felt light and stable, so I decided to go for a bigger jump. Next time I'll use my brain instead of my ego

Yeah, easy to get greedy when things are going well. Still, pretty nice work to drop down and hit a nice solid triple after a miss.

Still moving forward though, Brute. That's what it's all about.

Deadlift day. Progress made.

Deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
365 x 1
405 x 1
430 x 6 triples -> up to 5 minutes between sets at the end

Squat
135 x 5
185 x 3
185 x 3 - couldn't keep tight after the 3rd rep, shut it down. Deads took too much out of me

20 minutes on the elipitcal. Hoping if I bring my conditioing up a bit I can get more done per session.
