@Mike: Bench isn't really bothering it right now, but better safe than sorry I figure. Its been feeling good for 2 months, don't want to screw it up now!


Got brutal today. Dirty looks from the cardio bunnies and the kids with arms the same size from their wrists to their shoulders.

Deadlift

425 x 6 triples BAM

Push Press - rough after deads
Bar x 10
95 x 5
135 x 3 -> no drive through here
155 x 1
180 x 3 triples - that was enough

BB Row - crushed these like there was nothing on the bar. Had more reps in me, but kept losing tightness in my lower back.

Deadlifts can suck. But then you get the payoff days where the shipment comes in. Always good to see days like this.

Rough day today. Another weekend of travel and under 1000 calories a day friday-sunday as there was no decent food anywhere. Still, mode progress of sorts today

Notes: These sucked. Felt 3x heavier than usual. Best triple I've ever had, but couldn't force myself to unrack the second set. Sticking to 275 next week, I know I have a lot more in me at full strength.

Thanks for the encouragement. I may need to take a deload week if things don't change, but this week I think the plan is more food and a quiet weekend.
