I can imagine that! I use to do them before pulls when I do them on the same day, gets me nicely warmed up!

Pretty good session today. The lifts that matter went up. Curls crapped out hard, but really, its ok.

Push Press
Bar x 7

125 x 9 -> so, this is the same equipment as at my usual gym, just labeled differently.

CGBP -> Flawless victory. Couldn't get all 20 reps with 170 last time, but I was feeling good with pressing today. Good PR.

Hammer Curl
45 x 10 -> should have stopped at 9. 10 was a grind and screwed the rest of the sets.

225 felt like 225 if that makes sense. After 295, 265 felt like 225 did. 20-30 pounds over the triples weight is usually enough for me to get a good CNS boost.
