Bench day. Got all my prescribed reps, and nearly equaled my previous max, but it came out of the groove. Think if I had rested more than a minute after my last set I could have locked it out.

Demolished a medium and a large pizza from my favorite place in town last night. +3.5 pounds this morning. Expect it to be gone soon, but the carb pump was nice, +.75 inches for gunz measurement.

BBB is no joke. I use it from time to time when I don't feel like doing alot of other exercises.

BBB is doing a great job of kicking my ass in a short period of time, which is good since I have to be in class way earlier this semester. There's only so much sleep I can skip if I'm carrying 15-18 hours and working 50+ hours each week. My coffee bill is sure to go up...

You almost need special shirts for days like that.

Bench hits my biceps pretty good as well.

Weight is dropping again after my pizza excursion, and deadlifts went great today. My girlfriend landed a job at the front desk of the gym, so we're happy about that as well for some steady income in addition to her photography.

I generally don't put much effort into abs, but decided it was time to start. Today wasn't too bad, but I'm hoping as I progress it will boost my overall performance.

In and out in 45 minutes. It doesn't take long to wear yourself out if you do it right.
