Thanks BtB. Not exactly fuscular yet, but after calming down, I know I'll get there. On the plus side, its that complete abandon to make a change that gets me to achieve. Without it, I just flounder for a while. 260, then huge(er).

Great legs day today. No energy, not a lot of drive, but got it done.

The rack dead and shrugs are a lot of fun. Best part is they disturb the other gym goers.

Benching went well today. Elbow is still a little iffy, but getting better

Lat Pulldown

105 x 20 -> brutal forearm pump

1 arm DB OHP

65 x 1 -> lighter weight next time. No clue whats up here, but we'll fix it

1 arm db row (for the sheer joy of it)
90 x 3
120 x 3 PR

Power Clean
135 x 1
Add fat gripz
135 x 0 - its a whole different world
95 x 3

No curls, elbow wasn't in to them.
