480 -> not so easy
A little lower back rounding but that's correctable. Your hips came up a bit at the start. Looks like they may have been a hair low when you started the pull, and came up seeking a balance point.

This is very minor. Just something to watch. Overall a powerful pull.

480 5th single -> hitching galore
From the front things look strong. Think about driving your noggin back when you start to grind, if you weren't. It can help that lockout.

Nice. How's your form feeling?
Form feels pretty tight on the RDLs, got a video and my back is staying in good position. Just feels heavy.

Thanks BtB. I'll keep this in mind next session. I may wear my deadlift pants too, those give me a better feel of how deep I'm getting

Good session today. I think its time to move away from singles on Push Press, they seem ineffective for building strength. Its fun to test strength that way, but building is what I need right now

Strict Press
Bar x 10
95 x 5
135 x 3 -> PR, never strict pressed 135 before

Push press
185 x 1
205 x 1
210 x 1
210 x 1
210 x 0/0 SO freaking close, just miss the last inch of lockout

Row
165 x 10
165 x 8
165 x 6

CGBP
165 x 10
165 x 6
165 x 5

Hammer Curl
40 x 9
40 x 8
40 x 6 -> PR reps

Those are very convincing pulls and the squat was rock bottom.

Plus you've got arms like pythons.

Well done on the PR on OHP. It can't be an easy movement with huge long levers and your long spine to contend with, but really worth persisting with as a shoulder developer and overall power movement.

Nice milestone Brute. Rows and close grips are creeping up too.

Thanks Tann! Pressing is tricky, but definitely worth it in the end.

Thanks BtB. little by little I'll get there.

4 mile walk today. Took new progress pictures, disgusted by how fat I've gotten. Its not the fat even as much as it only looks as if I've gotten fatter, I don't look any more muscular to myself at all. If nothing else, this will help push me on to drop some weight.
Pics of the fattening. Left is about as thin as I ever got, right is today

Ok, now that I'm not as pissed off, I can see I've put on a little muscle as well. still, too fat.
