Thanks BtB. I need to listen to my body and not get injured. 300 will get here a lot faster if I slow down and stay healthy.

Below Parallel Box Squats: Everything felt like 800 pounds. Loading the plates felt impossible after finishing deadlifts.

225 x 1 -> no way I was getting reps on this.
135 x 17 -> wanted 20 reps, but started coughing pretty bad. Had to rack and called it a day for squats.

Hook Grip High Pulls
235 x 5 singles -> these felt much better than the 295s. While I did get the 295 above my waist, it was slow. These were much quicker.

Great work mate. Must be good for a near 500 pull (unless you already have?) What's with MAB guys getting their wives, girlfriends, sisters, mothers lifting? We'll have an army of strong women before you know it

Thanks Kuyt! Haven't pulled 500 yet, but its going to happen soon. Women should be strong! Makes them better at pointing at heavy objects for us men to move.

So, Day 5 of daily walks after dinner. 1.5 miles round trip, not an epic journey or anything, but its good for me and its good for my dog.

so, good day today. Push Press didn't go as well as planned, but still made some progress.

Good to see those dumbbell bench numbers creeping up. Hope they carry over well to bench.

Did you happen to take any tape measurements on arm size before trying the newest program?

I think the DB bench will help a lot on bench as the numbers come up. They hammer my chest pretty well and hit the triceps hard without stressing my joints too badly.

As for arms, pre-program they had been sitting around 15.75, now they are about 16.25 flexed. I've never really measure them when not flexed. One of the main thing I have noticed is the density has greatly increased without increasing carbs, the biceps and triceps feel much harder now than in May.
