Great squat day today. Power cleans not so much, need to reset them since I'm doing them after squats. The weight I used when they were the first movement of the day just isn't going to happen after heavy squat singles. Videos soon.

250 x 1 -> decided not to do reps after this one. Re-racking the 315 went poorly, my wrists were not happy, and my form was a bit sloppy. I really don't want to do reps with bad form and train the wrong movement.

195 x 0/0/0, VERY close to catching each time, but just not enough pop.
