Ever try them as straight alternating?
250 is mine next week.

Way back in the day, I always did straight alternating, but I wasn't really sure what to do here. I may give that a go next week and see how it plays out.

I alternate. Feels better to me. I tend to lean too much when I do both, but all of this is really personal preference.

BRUTALITY. The skinny kids doing skull crushers with 30# fixed BBs were my inspiration today.

Deadlift -> PR for singles. only 10 pounds below my tested 1 RM

465 x 1 -> No straps. Barely locked it out before losing grip.
465 x 1 -> straps from here on

465 x 0 -> broke it from the ground but gave up.

Thanks BtB! I'll be taking your advice and only bumping 5 pounds a week on deads for a while now. RDLs feel great on the back. My only complaint is needing straps on 275, but after all the deadlifting my grip is kaput.

As for triceps kickbacks, those were done with 10# DBs to pre-exhaust. They didn't extend their arm to much as keep it locked and wiggle it up and down a bit.

How wide is your stance on the rows? Sometimes I get too narrow and lose my base. Might not be the issue but I thought I would mention it.
