Difficult session today for bench. I'm down 7 pounds from a week ago, which may have something to do with it. Arch was a little better today, just very low energy overall.

Bench
45 x some
95 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
245 x 1
245 x 1

245 x 0
245 x 0 -> both failed about 2-3 inches off the chest, elbows were flaring way too soon
205 x 4 x 3 -> since I had 2 missed reps, I didn't want to push injury by getting too crazy with adding weight to my reps. I feel like it was a good decision, these were tough, but never felt dangerous

Rows-> PR ville. 3 minutes between sets, 30 seconds between hands
70 x 20
70 x 20

BTNP -> I need to look at my log and see what I actually did last time. Felt heavy today
125 x 9
125 x 6
125 x 6 -> 21 reps, barely hit goal

Curls
35 x 12
35 x 6
35 x 3 -> 21 reps, repeat weight next week.

EDIT: Well I'm retarded. I did 95#s on BTN last time. No wonder it felt heavier today...

I think so. They're probably at half what I was eating when I hit 245 for 5 singles last time. 5 more days of the super low carb scheme and then I can start adding some stuff back in. Carbs are coming in around 20g a day, some good weight loss going on. I should be in the 260s by the end of the month, down from the low-mid 280s at the lock-up.

If I can keep my strength close to where it is right now and make it down into the mid-250s, I'll be pretty happy. At that point, I'll be able to play around a lot more. Once I make it into the 270s right now, cheat days stay with me all week instead of just a couple days, so its time to drop some weight and stay healthy.

Thanks BtB! I should note that my back feels 100% now, no soreness other than usual DOMS, but I'm still glad I cut the DB Snatches short. No more injuries, especially if I am making progress!
