Brute great work as always. Your lower sessions are just freaking badass. Congrats on all your PRs.
As far as your DB bench question, I am of the opinion that they are the ones doing it wrong. Typical ignorant gym rat form. I always bring it down to at least were I would a barbell, which is definitely below parallel. Not saying that just because I do something it's right, but I am saying that I am of the belief that this is the correct way of performing them.
Anyway, keep smashing brute!
