Don't know how you do it. I can barely walk out that weight.

Make sure to do lots of shrugs and upper back work to support the yoke. I'm not a big fan of yoke picks myself and I've gone as high as 720# in a contest as a LW. 365 was tough so I would do 385 for about 8-10 runs and not higher on your next training day. The following training session, go to 405 for 8-10 runs. Try to get used to a heavy weight each week instead of always going higher in that workout.

Heck of a day. bench was meh, but I'm cutting, so no surprise there. Started a new routine today, going to see how it plays out, trying to add some mass (the good kind, I can add chub like a pro)

Bench
Bar x 10
95 x 7
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2 - PR on a warmup. woo?
250 x 1
250 x ??? spotter took it before I had a chance to lock it out
245 x 1 - almost missed
230 x 1 - better.
230 x 1
205 x 5
205 x 3
205 x 3

Going to drop bench singles to 240 next week, stay at 205 for reps until I adjust to the way lowered carbs

1 arm DB Row - About died on these. Great freaking cardio. The second arm is the hardest
70 x 20
70 x 14 - complete failure attained stay here until 20/20+

BTNP - started out light because I had no idea what kind of reps I could do
95 x 15
95 x 8
95 x 7

DB Curl
25 x 14
25 x 9
25 x 7

I forgot to warm you that dumbbell rows are cardio

Nice work Brute! Good to see you at 250. 275 is going to feel sweet.
