Thanks BtB. It wasn't a difficult lift so much as it was a slow lift. Felt like it took forever to make it to parallel and ended up a little too far forward. I'm planning on trying 345 next week and seeing how that goes. Thanks for the help in getting routines set up and ideas thrown around, I'm glad to be doing something thats regularly working!

Did ok today. No progress on DB Snatch from last week, but went forward on other stuff, so it works I guess

Sometimes it's only a matter of simplifying things to the point where you can release the flood gates.

When I did too much work I end up dealing with soreness and joint aches too much. I don't like training in this way. PRs are hard enough.

Thanks Swede. BTNP always feels a lot less stressful on my joints and tendons/ligaments. Maybe its because I only go down to mid-ear level?

Thanks BtB. Left hamstring is feeling a lot better, no cramping this week, and its feeling strong during squats and deads. I'll keep the rest of me that way for the rest of the month if I can help it.

Thanks Josh! Switching to the 5 singles and 3 lighter "rep" sets has made me feel like I'm recovering better between sessions.

Great stuff, Brute! Killing it.

I like the squat and bench, as well as the deads and press combo too. They do feel like they go together. And I just added direct tricep work after curls and I know what you mean! I felt like superman.
