Thanks Tank! Saturdays are some of my favorites, get to play around with heavy weight and do some cleans too.

Great work, your squats (well everything) is really coming along. I think you were at 275 not so long ago for squats so you're flying. As for dildo licker, I'd like to see you accidentally on purpose drop a plate on his toe/head.

Thanks Kuyt. It certainly fuels the fire. The amount my squat has increased in the past 6 months is more than they can squat total, so I shouldn't get too upset that they can't handle my awesomeness!

So, another BIG day today. I keep saying this, but each day seems bigger than the last. Squats were epic. 295 felt light and easy. 335 (a new PR), felt light on my back, but was difficult to get to parallel with.

Squat

295 x 1

295 x 1 -> PR singles at 295
335 x 1 -> PR + 10 pounds
245 x 5 -> PR reps at 245
245 x 3
245 x 2 -> 10 reps, moar weight.

Bench: A year ago, I thought I would never get past 4 reps @ 185.

185 x 3
215 x 1
190 x 10
190 x 7
190 x 5 -> 22 reps, more weight!

BB Row

135 x 8
135 x 8: Wrist was a little beat up from squats and bench, will add 5 pounds to this next week and see if I can hit 3x10
