Workouts are looking good 77. Just watched the squat video and your form looks pretty solid. Only one thing I would have you watch, and that's toe angle. The knee should point about the same angle as your toes.

In general you want to be able to make a straight line from the middle of your leg to the tips of your toes. It appears that your toes may be angled too much outward. Appears. But I could be wrong.

Hard to say for certain without standing there.
