Whenever i'm in prep i like to research and find motivational things that keep my mind above matter. Well my wife got on me for not sharing, helped me see that sometimes other people are just one step away from quiting until something or someone comes along and motivates them. Good day yesterday. Lots of volume on the quads and a mixture of heavy weight and volume on hams.

Decided to go with low carbs yesterday about 120g on leg day and it was rough. Might get up to 140 today and load up tomm. Planning on a 2 a day for tomm.

Today is shoulders. Tomm will be arms n abs in the AM and chest in the PM. Gotta get GEEKED!

Wt is 269.

Yesterday was pretty good. I had the day off so i went out to train arms and do cardio while fasted at big Curt's gym.

Hit just a little arms and did 30min SS on the stairs and 10 min on some weird elliptical machine at his gym.

Went home, passed out, woke up at 6pm for chest trainning. Had 10oz top sirloin steak and a pan cooked zucchini on the way to the gym. When i got there i felt great and ready to tear it up.

I've been approaching my training a little smarter lately, trying to get the most out of each session.

Incline DB fly 5 x 12 - to help pre exahst the chest. Worked up to 70's
Bench 4 x 10 - deep control reps. worked up to 315
DB bench on a slight incline 3 x 12 pause reps. Used the 70's
Hammer Strength wide chest press 3 x 15, 1 x triple drop (15/15/15). Worked up to 4 plates each side. Totally exhasted the muscle
Dips 3 x 15
Cable crossovers 5 x 12.

Did some posing afterwards while chest was pumped good and full. Looked pretty decent for 6wks imo. Still have a ways to go tho...
