Chest and back today. I kinda like filming my notables because i go back and break them down like football film. I'm watching my front squat above and i believe that i'm repping too fast. Need to let the muscle spend time under stress. I'll probably keep doing so, hopefully it can help me improve as a bodybuilder.

lol, thanks bro! I'm having fun right now. Not prepping for a show and mixing high volume with heavy weight. It's fun. Hip injuries are nothing to play with, i pray it gets better, so you can hop in the game like you really want to.
