wasp training log
I have taken BENDTHEBAR tells and my training for the next couple of months will be:
Crunch - 1x12
Squat - 2x8
Stiff - 1x12
Bench Press - 2x8
Dumbbell Rowing - 2x8
Standing Calf Raise - 2x8
Side bend - 1x12
Sumo Dead lift - 2x8
Military Press - 2x8
Barbel Curls - 2x8
Close grip bench press - 2x8
I have performed this training in 40 min with good intensity.
It was not so bad for a year and half without any training. After the workout I felt so good that I blame myself for having stopped to workout.
All my body hurts right now, especially the legs and I feel tired, very tired.
My cardio is in very bad shape. Today I will walk for half hour or so and tomorrow I will run a bit. It will be routine, walk and running till I get better.
That is it for now. When I get home I will post some pics.
You guys are always welcome to advise or point anything out.
