SO's quest for an 800 total
I'm going to be using Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe for the duration of the summer, here's the plan
Standing Barbell Press 3x5
Power Cleans 5x3
In order to hit a 800 total my workset weight goals are:
Squat: 245x5 (20 lbs over PR)
Bench: 155x5 (10 lbs over PR)
Deadlift: 285x5 (10 lbs over PR)
I want to hit these weights before September 1st. I'm very confident that I'll be able to do it.

Been busy and haven't had too much time to post so here are my first few workouts:
Deadlifts- 135x5 155x5 185x5
Military Press- 85x5/5/5
Deadlifts- 135x5 165x5 195x5
Military Press- 90x5/5/5
Deadlifts- 135x5 175x5 205x5
Everythings going very well. As soon as these lifts start to get difficult i'll be microloading with the new plates I got.
