Squat- 205x5/5/5 probably the deepest i've ever gone with 205

Bench- 135x5/5/5 good bar speed, should have some good progress here in a few sessions

Deadlifts- 135x5 175x5 195x1 235x5 pretty good, gonna switch to a mixed grip next session since my double overhand grip almost slipped on the last rep

great workout, gym was super crowded and i had to deal with some dickhead in the squat rack before me who was taking forever, but I got it all done
