Default DMAIPA Training Lab

I know I was doing the full body routine for a bit but now that I'm all over the place with moving and searching for places to live and all I'm going back to my usual routine I had. Pull/Push/Leg split four times a week. This is just something I'm going to try. I need to bring up my back especially my lats so my schedule is going to be.

Monday - Pull (Thickness)
Tuesday - Push
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Pull (Width)
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off

I'll specialize training my back for four weeks and see how it goes from there.

looks like a great split D. Thats the kind thing i think id do if i were to ever do a split again. I really like the idea of splitting width and thickness for the back AWESOME as always brother
