T-bone: Thicker, Meatier, Stronger
 
Well here I am...the M&S contest is over (at least for me) and I'm ready to start logging my daily/weekly progress on the forum.

I'll be doing an upper/lower split similar to the DULS routine on M&S. I have tweaked it to include the big 4 lifts - Squat, Bench, OHP and Deadlift - and with any luck I'll be stuck in beast mode for a long time!

I've taken a rest week and now I can't wait to start the week off with a killer leg day!:rockon:

Big 4 Upper/Lower Split (B4ULS) - Week 1 - Round 1
Squat - 95x12, 190x6 - 3 sets - PB for reps at that weight
Leg Press - 555x10 - 3 sets - PB
SLDL - 135x12, 175x6 - 3 sets
Leg Curl - 125x10 - 3 sets
Smith Machine Calf Raise - 250x6 - 3 sets - PB
Seated Calf Raise - 180x10 - 3 sets

Strong workout, especially after a rest week. I upped a few weights, thus the PBs. :squat: I love leg day!

Don't hesitate to comment, I'm here to get better. bigger and stronger!

Note: All squats are ATG.
