DLs are intentionally light due to the injure I sustained. I'm taking my time working back to my last working weight of 365.

Default 25 March - 28 March

Geez, I'm really falling behind...Time gets away from me...

Monday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 7 - Chest & Triceps - Strength
Bench Press- 215x3-2-3-2-3-2 (15)
DB Bench Press - 60x10-10-7+3
Dips - BW+20 - 5-5-5-5-5

Tuesday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 7 - Back - Density
Dead Lift - 225x3-3-3, 235x3-3
Pullups - BWx3-2-2-2-1-1-1 (12) (+3)

Thursday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 7 - Shoudlers - Strength
BTNP - 160x3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
DB Lat Raise - 30x6-5-5
BB Curl - 78x7-7-7-7-7

A great week so far despite being a little weak on Monday. Had to bench in the Smith Machine and forgot my log and couldn't remember what weight I was at. Bummed I didn't PR at that weight.

Deads felt good, Back is still cooperating. Picked up a couple pull ups so that made my day!

Today's shoulder work exceeded all previous efforts. Yay!

Note to self: Get more sleep!
