Solid work all week. Felt strong, positive and totally psyched

Had to laugh because about a year ago I told myself 35 was too much to incline curl and here I am approaching 40 pounders. lol Goes to show you, stick with it and and things end up working out.

Was loving the squats today. 295's next time - 315 for reps right around the corner.

Thanks Jim! You know, I often consider "Shoulder Day" as a light day, but really, it's just as tough and important as the others. Must be doing something right, because I can feel the change in my physique.

are you really that much stronger in squats than deadlifts or were the dl sets intentionally light?

lol it's great to remember stuff like that. i remember when i first started lifting, i thought benching 135 was a near-unachievable goal, and benching 225 was inconceivable.
