Another great session...really feeling my mojo returning. We'll see how the squats go tomorrow.

I promise, the Arnold stuff is coming, still working on a write up. I have some pics too. I guess those guys wouldn't mind me posting them.

Late in reporting (I'm amazed at how little free time I seem to have lately!), but here's last Friday's session:

SDS4DS - Cycle 7 - Week 1 - Legs - Strength
Squats- 250 - 5 sets of 2, 5 more sets weight descending by 5
Leg Press - 745x8-8-8
Good Mornings - 125x12 - 3 sets

First day back squatting, so I proceeded cautiously. Still killed it! And the DOMS set in later that night (still have them a little). Squats wore me out so the pressing was brutal. I'll get the reps back no problem.

SDS4DS - Cycle 7 - Week 2 - Chest & Triceps - Strength
Barbell Bench Press - 210x2-2-2-2-2-2-1-2 (15)
Incline BB Bench Press - 140x10-9-6 (+3)
DB Bench Press - 55x6 - 3 sets
Rope Pulldowns - 7th pin x10-7-7

First Bench strength session of the cycle, I tried something a little different. Tried for 8 sets of 2, and nearly got it all without a spotter. Still pleased, but 8 heavy sets wear me down quickly. By set 6 I'm worn out!

DB bench was lacking because I switched the order with the inclines and was spent.

Deadlift - 305x 17 singles in 10 minutes (PR) (+1)
Pull Ups - BW-22 x 7-3-2-3-3-4-4 (26) (+1)
Barbell Row - 185x 3-3-5-6-7-7-7 (38)

Smashing session, deads were exhausting, but pulled out one more than last time!

Don't know what happened with the BORs. 210 felt really heavy, so I dropped the weight and worked on form.
