B4ULS - Upper A - Week 10 - Round 2
Bench Press - 135x10 - working - 185x6, 195x5, 205x3
DB Incline Press - 65x9, x8, x4
Barbell BOR - 135x10, 175x6 - 3 sets
DB BOR - 75x10 - 3 sets
EZ Extension - 83x10, x8, x6 - PB
Shrugs - skipped, VG's left in the car!

Ok, since I missed last week's Upper A, I did something a little different today with bench. 3 sets of increasing weight. All sets were of good depth, and I was really pleased with the 3 clean reps for 205. Not a PB, but was satisfied overall. I'll do three sets at 205 next week.

DB Press - pain in palms of my left hand stopped me short.

Went back to EZ Ext just to test my progress, and lo and behold - a PB! Nice!

Front Squats - 120x10 - 4 sets - PB
Leg Press - 635x10 - 4 sets
SM Calf Raises - 245x10 - 4 sets
Seated Calf Raises - 180x15 - 4 sets

Great session! I forewent the leg extensions because what was the point after the brutal front squats and DL! Pressing was effortless, need to up that weight!

Calf work was slow and deep for a good stretch.

Treated myself to Burger King on the way home.

Early wrap up to the week was a great effort. Pressing was heavy today for some reason, but struggled through.

Couple extra dips (deeper), and 5 extra curls! Woo hoo! Cops came in and nabbed me cuz my guns were blazing!

Expedited work outs this week so I can get up to my friend's hunting cabin for a weekend in the woods.
