Pullups - BWx4, BW-16x6, BW-22x7
Push Press - 105x6 - 3 sets
OHP - 70x10 - 3 sets
Incline Facepulls - 3rd pin x10 - 3 sets
Dips - BW+10 x12, x15, x14
Barbell Curl - 90x6, x6, x5

Nice wrap up for the week. I'm loving the shoulder work, really makes me feel beastly walking out of there.

Assisted pullups did me good before, so I'm doing them again for a bit.

Switched machines on facepulls. The incline pull is much heavier so I'll be able to progress further.

Squat - 135x6, 230x7, x7, x7 - PB
Leg Press - 635x12 - 3 sets
RDL - 135x6, working - 200x - 3 sets
Leg Curl - 145x12, x12, x6
SM Calf Raises - 315x8 - 3 screaming sets
Seated Calf Raise - 200x12 - 3 sets

Squats were heavy, and I'm sure form broke down on a few reps, but I did get four more than last week! Progress!

Leg press feels light and easy.
