Well here I am...the M&S contest is over (at least for me) and I'm ready to start logging my daily/weekly progress on the forum.
I'll be doing an upper/lower split similar to the DULS routine on M&S. I have tweaked it to include the big 4 lifts - Squat, Bench, OHP and Deadlift - and with any luck I'll be stuck in beast mode for a long time!
I've taken a rest week and now I can't wait to start the week off with a killer leg day!
