It has been a fantastic week with strong results everyday. Right pleased I finally got my goal on Bench. The tips I got from the video post are working out.

Work and such are still keeping my very busy, but I always find time for the iron. It is the highlight of my day.
Nice work Jim! A week of PR's!! BTNP is real impressive!!

Friday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 9 - Legs - Density
Squat - 245x22 ten minutes
Leg Press - 775x10-10-10
Seated Calf Raises - 160x10-10-10-10-10

A fantastic ending to a great week of lifting. Oy! The DOMS were strong this weekend!

Monday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 10 - Chest and Triceps - Density
Bench Press - 195x5-3-3-3-3-3-4 (24) -5
CGBP - 170 x 6-4-3-3-4-4-4 (28) -2
DB Extension - 30x8-8-7 (23) -3

Poor effort despite feeling strong. Was weak across the board so that probably proves I was tired, which I was. Did not get a lot of sleep last night. Was bummed at first, but know I'll bounce back.

Default 16 April - 19 April

Holy Sh*t, I didn't realize I hadn't logged in almost a week!!!

To recap last week:

Tuesday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 10 - Back - Strength
Deadlift- 275x3-3-3-3-3
DB BOR - 90x5-5-5-5-5
Lat Pulldown - 10th pin x 10-10-10

Thursday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 10 - Shoulder & Biceps - Density
OHP - 100x5-3-2-4-3-4-4 (30)
Arnold's - 50x6-5-4-4-4-5-5 (33)
Incline DB Curl - 35x10-9-5

Friday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 10 - Legs - Strength
Squat - 305x2-2-2-2-2 (PR)
GM - 165x10-10-10
Standing Calf Raise - 320x5-5-5-5-5

Despite the weak start to the week, I ended up with a couple of good PR's. My squat goal of 315 is so close I can taste it.

Nice Arnold's and squats. You'll hit that goal soon enough. Don't forget to post! You don't write you don't call!? We all thought you were in a ditch!

Monday
SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 11 - Chest and Triceps - Strength
Bench Press - 225x2-2-2-2-2
DB Bench Press - 60 x 10-10-10
Dips - BW+30x5-5-5-5-5

While the BP was not a PR in terms of weight or reps, I was right stoked to get what I did after the recent set backs I've had. I'm going to throw 5 pounds on next time and try for the same.

Hehe, I know buddy! So sorry, but I get involved in things after I get home from work and say, "I'll post tomorrow..." Work is still crazy busy as well.

Not to worry, I'll always be lifting and do my best to keep up to date.
