I'm almost to the point of switching gyms to a more lifter-friendly one, but this one is very convenient for me. I really hate those benches, and they have rearranged things to give the PT's more room for their clients. The lifting equipment is getting pushed aside.

That's all she wrote. Felt strong and the reps came easy enough on deads. Lower back feeling really stiff right now though.
