SDS4DS - Cycle 25 - Week 1 - Chest and Triceps - Density
Bench Press - 205x5-2-3-3-2-3-4 (22) (+3) (PR for reps)
CGBP - 170x5-4-3-3-4-4-4 (27)
Rope Pulldown - 8th pin x 4-5-5

Not bad even though I still think my benching progress is crawling.
Don't know wtf on the pulldowns. Did way less than before. Felt really heavy too. Mental, I know because I was ready to leave. Didn't get much sleep last night.

Nice wrap up to the week before the holidays. Still working my way back up to previous standards, but squats felt good and strong. Going to stay at 285 for another round. I want to work on depth.

Poking around in the woods yesterday I slipped in some mud and went down hard on the outside of my right knee. Painful today, but I hope it's only bruised. I really don't want another set back going into the new year.

Ok. New year. New effort. No more interruptions! Gym wasn't too crowded either. A Planet Fitness opened across town back in November so I'm hoping all the weenies joined there instead.

I'm still loving this program and plan on continuing it through the Spring. The Fall was disappointing so I am more determined that ever to stay on track because I hate the way I feel when I miss a workout.
