B4ULS - Upper B - Week 6 - Round 1
Pullups - BWx3, BWx3, BWx2
DB BOR - 85x7, x5, x5
OHP - Bar x12, 85x6 - 3 sets
Rear Delt Lat Raises - 25x10 - 3 sets
Dips - BW+25 x 10, x7, x4
Barbell Curl - 75x10, x9, x8

Workout felt great and the gym was practically empty.

Curls - I switched to the regular straight barbell in stead of the EZ Curl as an experiment, and I like it.

OHP - jumped 10 pounds this week. They were tough, but I made every rep.

Dips - Out of the comfort zone, BW+25 feels heavy and will give my tri's a real workout.

Great workout T-bone. I'm of the opinion that the straight barbell curls are much superior to the ez curls. Keep up the good work!

B4ULS - Lower A - Week 7 - Round 1
Squat - 95x10, 205x6 - 3 sets
Leg Press - 575x10 - 4 sets
SLDL - 95x10, 185x6, 185x6, 185x6
Leg Curl - 135x10 - 3 sets
Smith Machine Calf Raise - skipped, the SM was in constant use for over an hour. I ran out of time.
Seated Calf Raise - 180x10 - 4 sets

Standard workout, nothing special. Didn't need to use the hooks this time for the SLDL, or more accurately, I forgot to use the hooks this time, but my grip held!

Sucks about the Smith machine.
You can also do calves on a leg press or a hack squat machine.

Yep, I've done those before. My gym doesn't have a hack squat though.
