Great workout. Push presses felt a little awkward at first but they felt good soon after. Anything I lost in switching from strict military presses as far as concentrating on form is definitely made up in the fact that the weight is heavier. I'm excited to push progression on these. Feel awesome about the chin-ups, 10 weeks ago I couldn't even do 1. Really gonna try to push progression on these, I like looking like I have lats .

Haha my lats, shoulders and triceps are what feel destroyed. The guy who didn't walk in front of the camera was a regular patron at the gym, all of whom look at me like I'm crazy with my camera. The other guy is my dad and workout partner for the summer!
