Not sure yet I'll get all the info next monday. Last night was more of a consoltation/interview we just sat and talked things over. I get the actual program next monday. Got my bodyfat done finally though. 243 lbs 23% bf. He said we are going to do a long slow cut and add carbs back into my diet since I havent had any in so long.
