Tim, as others have said... at times it doesn't matter how MUCH that you lift, but the fact that you're hitting the gym and giving it your all. Remember, the iron is both your friend and your enemy. It's always there waiting for you, always ready to test what you're made of, and it won't hesitate to tell you that you're not up to the task. It doesn't judge you based on anything other than your strength and force of will. Vent your frustrations out on the iron, and you'll be rewarded.

Keep taking as many steps forward in your journey as you can, and you'll be a stronger man, both in body and character.

Thanks Ken. Life has many twists and turns and although this is one twist I never wanted I'm going to make the best of it and become a better man for it. Mark my words. There is no quit in me at all!!!

Tim, you're my brother from another mother. I think about you every day and hope all is good.

Your weight is moving down, your strength is moving up.

The weight never matters as much as the effort. With effort, weight always comes. Never worry about failing. Instead, worry about losing your motivation to try. Those that pick themselves up and try next week will always win in the long run.

Have a great weekend hombre.
