Monday 6/20/11

Trained with Joe Franco today. Also added carbs back into my diet this week and upped my calories. I was only eating around 1200 calories a day now I'm back up to 2600 on training days and 2300 on non traing days. I gained a lb so far but water weight gain is to be expected. Not sure of the weights used since Joe just slaps them on and puts me to work and makes me use strict form.

haha thats because I was eating like a woman before Al. This whole divorce mess and knowing that my wife is now seeing someone ekse already has made a mess of my stomach and appetitte but I'm doing my best to get my food in.
