In one exercise you get -
1. triple extension
2. thoracic, scapular and hip mobility and stability
3. posterior, anterior and bi-lateral abdominal bracing
4. lunge
5. shoulder press
6. isometric pec contraction
7. posterior and anterior chain activation
8. closed kinetic chain movement
9. grip work
10. asymmetrical loading
11. direct axial loading for an extended period (TUT!)
12. insane EPOC effect
13. metabolic conditioning

It's a favorite!
I quite like that workout description, gives the readers a mental workout

Sandbags are super fun!
This is the best way to make filler bags I've tried yet.

I love your training! It is simple and brutal, which I like, and it reminds me of my family. My dad's family has a cattle ranch north of Spokane (Chewelah is the closest "town") and I love the cherries and blackberries and huckleberries we get out of there every year! Not to mention the hikes in the mountains, etc.

Anyway, keep rocking!

And I must ask another question. What is a no hands get up?
