A.M. Bird Hunting - 8mi. 1,000' - 10+ birds flushed, shot 2.

P.M. Training

10min. Swings - 24kg. x 30/30
10min. KB LC SS C&P - 24's x 6,6,6,6,6,6,6
SB C&P 150# x 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
SB Shouldering Squat - 175# x 3/3,3/3,2/2

*My arm hurts worse when I train less frequently*

Dilemma - My girlfriend needs to be "trained".
She wants to train together.
Her form sucks! She will not put focus into something that doesn't have a "carrot" at the end.
Training together all but kills my session for the day.
If I offer to train her she won't train at all.

My choice - My training is compromised or she doesn't train. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Would you have any interest in working with me to structure a non-conventional workout for Muscle and Strength? Say something simple for a beginner to try, perhaps using KBs and/or a sandbag? ...or something along those lines?

I would love to pass along some great pearls of advice here but I have none. When my wife trains with me she is nothing but a distraction. she sees no value in half the lifts, even after I explain the value (back work prevents that old lady slump, etc.)

All I can say is God speed.

Awesome. We have such a huge need. PM me when you get the time. I'll share the parameters of what we need. It's isn't much actually.

You would be helping expose a lot of young lifters who don't care about conventional bodybuilding workouts to another world.

I have no advice on the lady friend thing either Im affraid, when ever my wife trains she only want to do shoulders and gunz.... or legs....seriously

~20% accuracy shooting for birds? Is that considered good over there in Idaho?

I'm going to try a different approach today.
I'm going to warm up with her as usual. Then I'm just going to put her through her session without even attempting to start my own.
Then I'll train.
