Is that "rotational" tire slams? What, do you wheel the sledge around your head a few times like Thor before you hit the tire, or do you have something even more devilish in mind when you do these?

And I'm saying it right now. If you squat 44 reps with 220, then you will have ceased to exist for me. I cannot bear a world where beasts walk among us. I will have to shun you as inhuman.

It's pretty fluid until 185#. I'll hook up some sandbag training pics for FB.
