Thanks guys!! Just a quick update.

I pushed my deadlifts up to 210, and today I squatted 165kg for a single , this pushes my total to 490kg, soo close to 500kg . I am putting back squat and bench singles into my program, before I was doing tripples.

My current program has a lot of frequency on the main lifts. Squatting 3 times a week, heavy, light and slightly less heavy. Deadlifting heavy singles (6 per week), snatch grip deadlift and sumo deadlift. I am also pressing 3 times a week, heavy each day more or less.

I forgot to mention 1 day a week a train at this Oly lifting gym. Its heavy singles and doubles with the Oly movements and their variations. It follows my current structure well, go in, do 2 big movements, go home and eat.
