Thanks! I remember reading it somewhere (I think you said it), that its always a good idea to balance them out. Thanks I hoped you would say that, Im not a big fan of lat pulldowns.

This was the first time doing good mornings and power shrugs. They were a lot of fun, the DOMS from shrugs lasted DAYS! I didnt get a chance to do weighted situps because the gym closed

Was a great workout, still getting used to the weights for the assistance lifts. Except I didnt do enough sets for the assistance lifts for some reason. I think I wrote the routine down wrong :S. Anyway next week will be the correct amount of sets for the assistance ones. Im not sure if my assistance for my Press Day are ok, what does everyone think?

I pull conventional, I have never tried sumo though.

Ah I see. I had slightly narrower than squat stance with my good mornings. Should it be narrower?

In my opinion good mornings should be slightly wider than squat stance, and should not be performed in a bodybuilding style manner. There is a solid video here:
