Came out to be 1/2 lb lean beef I ate in it. I'll have to post a pic next time. We don't make it like others do and we end up eating it right out of the deep dish pan.

NOTE: I wont do close reverse grip presses again. Every time I do them over the last few years, it takes my front Delts 2-3 weeks to recover and all my workouts suffer because of it. I can work my Tris in other ways that dont kill my Front delts, recovery or other workouts. Its not a case of the body needing to get used to them. My body just point blank dont like them.
