At the wrists, a fail, you can do a controled lay the weights on your chest NOT crank on the arm.

Notes: Tri’s are getting better. Not as much pain or discomfort in pushing. I will be back to 2 w/o’s a day now as you see. Don't even try to figure out what my split is. I do what my body feels it's time for as long as I hit each body part once a week.

It must be great to be so in une with your body you can train this way. I think that is probably 'one of' the secrets to your enviable physique

It all started when I was diegnosed with M.S. I had to keep detailed logs for the Doc's on how I felt each and every day. I even had to log things like if my feet felt funny or itched, how my sex drive and erection would go. When I say detailed I mean DETAILED. lol

So when I started lifting I just rolled it into my workouts. Over 10 years of lissoning to my body I have heard a lot. lol
