Notes: Yeah Buddy!!! I deadlifted for the first time in a few months and it was f*cking awesome! I got 405 up but failed below the knee on 425, which wasn’t bad considering how long it’s been. I can’t wait for the 6th.

Way to crush it TL. 405 after a layoff is a damn good sign. Can't wait to see where your squats are.

It is. Almost done with the custody case, my ex has until August to move out of my house, I'm slowly getting my creadit back on track, and my deployment package is moving up the chain.
